Hi

I am due to take 70-210 soon.

I have been doing network admin on the "k family for 2 years now, and have
studied using transcender. The Transcder simulation says I am getting
between 700 and 750.

My question is, am I ready to begin?

Thanks

Martin

70-210 is the easiest MS test to pass, but I'd up my scores a bit before
taking the exam were I you.

I beleive Trans recommends a 100% on the test before you write the test.

ok, thanks for that.

I don't want to become a 'paper MCSE', but prefer to study and apply at work
where possible, and otherwise use test environments.

Is anybody able to offer their opinions on the quality of Transcnders? Is
it like the real thing?

Thanks

Martin

Unlike br@indumps, transcenders do not contain actual questions of the
exams. They are intended mostly to familiarize you with the way MS exams
work. Don't fret too much. Like I said, the 70-210 is the easiest of
exams. Few people fail the exam. You said you have two years experience
and that's worth more than just reading books. The exam questions will be
similar to the ones on your practise tests, as how many different ways can
you word questions - they are all geared towards the exam objectives.

Keep plugging away, and good luck.

It probably still is, which is one of the reasons it's MS's easiest cert. I
have the feeling that since this is probably the most popular, and likely
the first exam anyone takes, they wanted a very high pass rate so that
people would not get immediately discouraged and not take any other exams.

Anyone who fails this exam really should consider not taking any other exams
unless they were just cocky and tried to take it without any study or
experience at all. Well, even then maybe they should consider another
profession. McDonald's is always hiring.

210 and 215 were difficult for me because i don't put together the
workstations and rarely troublesoot at tht level. 216 was easier for me, and
especially 217 becuase NDS knowledge helps understand AD, imho.
