Hi All,
I have a default website that got a virtual directory created in it when I
installed Crystal Reports.
I want to extend that virtual directory to another website I have on that
same server.
The folder icon for the virtual directory on the default website is a little
world, but the icon in my other website is a gear...
Does this mean anything, and how can I get my other site to get the "world"
icon?

Hello,

The "little world" icon means that the virtual directory does not have its
own application but are part of its parent's (the website) application.

The gear icon mean that it has its own application.

To "get the gear icon", open properties for the Virtual Directory and
click the Create button on the Virtual Directory tab.
