What do you mean by that it prints in excel format? An excel file is not
sent to the printer.
IIS is not involved in printing of a webpage on the client. What i can
think of is that you write an application that parses the HTML and gives
you a list of the links. Perhaps such application already exists, i don't
know.
I think a better newsgroup to ask this question is an Excel newsgroup.
