This is hard to say since we do not know your configuration.
Right click the "StandardWebSite" and select Properties
Select "Advanced" in "Web Site Authentication"
Take note of any IP Addresses and Host Header values
Now do the same for the "CompanyWeb"
You may need to move one of the IP Addresses to the other site. Or maybe you
are using a host header value on the StandardWebSite. If so you need to move
that back to the CompanyWebSite.
