Give write permission to your ftp home directory. You can
do this through internet service manager on the IIS
server.

i think i got my question wrong. i have multiple websites. the question you
just asked in this group is more what i ment.

for now just hoping for someone to give some information to us

Eiter map the home directory for your ftp site to the same as your web site, or better, create a virtual directory and point it to the root of your site.
