refresh yields system error 80004005(-2147467259)

its complicated to explain:
I had this problem which i could not delete records from
mdb file, so i have changed the folder sharing settings.
(in inetpub folder), now i can delete and updates and all
works fine.BUT NOW, when i'm changing my code in the asp
file it does not effect the master web, well not exactly,
when im in the wwwroot, i can see my files, and the change
in the code can be seen, but since the page "didnt do"
what it should i checked the project->web files->compair
to master web, and there i found out that theres a
difference between isp#.tmp and myFileName.asp
(the dialog box)
trying to refresh the project yields the
message box 'microsoft development environment' with the
message "system error &H80004005 (-214746259)

anothr fact: (i dont know if its important)
before changing the sharing setting, i have started
download for sp2 , but regret -because, if SP2 is about
security, my laptop is never conect to the web ,but this
time,so do i need it? -, then started to Backup files as
instructed, and gave up.

so, have any idea?

I got the error through a VB application I created as a frontend interface to
an Access DB I also created. The error comes up in a specific form. The error
displays whenever I use the data control object to move through records. It
does this only for that particular form; no other.
