I just brought online a replacement for an old web server
(IIS 5.0). I backed up and restored the old server's IIS
files and directory structure to the new server. In
testing the new server, everything is fine. I can browse
to whatever page I want with no problem. The one problem
I do have is when I browse to a form and try to submit
it. The new server returns error 500. I built all the
forms to submit to an email address in my Win2K domain.
All the settings for the new server have been duplicated
from the old server, which worked just fine. I just
can't get my forms to work correctly.
