0xC00402C7 problem, SMTP => POP3

Config: IIS 6.0 windows server 2003

Hello !

My smtp is unable to deliver correct mails to recipients.
In every bad mails i can see the 0xC00402C7 error.
When a mail is sent to my smtp server. the smtp server accept the mail but
it don't transfer to the pop service.
MX records should be ok. There is no authentification. I sent several kind
of MIME format email. I changed relay configuration.

I would be thanksful if you can help me.

i found it was the relay settings which are difficult to setup to avoid spam
sender server.
