I realize this sounds like a silly question, but I can't find anywhere that
tells me what version of IIS I have on my Server2000 box. Yes, I know we
should rebuild our webserver with Server2003/IIS6....but I have to wait.

Poking around in the IIS properties, I have one dialog box that says IIS 3
on the header bar...but I though server 2000 shipped with IIS 5?

Is there a magic spot I can find this out?

Thanks

On your Windows 2000 server, open Internet Services Manager. Go to About >
Help. Expand under Internet Information Services. Click Installing IIS.

It should tell you what version in this information.
