Thank Ken...
For whatever weird reason... no configurations changed...
no Firewall rules changed... nothing.
I downloaded IISState and ran it. Now the CPU load is
normal. *scratches head*
I don't know whether to feel happy that it has stopped or
whether to be worried that I don't know the true cause of
the problem.
