David thanks, I actually started there and they directed me to this IIS
community.
I can access the server via terminal server using the RDP protocol.
Frontpage uses port 80 I think to get just tcp. The certificate when you
tell it to come over ssl is coming from the SBS server. It accepts the
certificate and understand that it comes from the SBS server but it doen not
connect. now.
