I am running windows 2000 server and IIS5. Recently I installed a verisign
temporary SSL cert and applied it to the necessary virtual
directories/folders. Now that I have done this I am not able to access the
ASP pages. I get a "The Page Cannot Be Found" error page. I even made a
blank default.asp page and this still could not be found, but .html and .htm
pages work just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for
posting in windows 2003 server forum but could not find the 2000 one.

Yes the ASP works. When I put the SSL on the folder it says it cant even
find the page even though it is going to the correct URL.

Maybe you assigned a certificate that was exported from another server? If
so, check if you didn't export a certificate that has a non exportable
private key.

HOW TO: Determine If SSL Connectivity Is Not Working on the Web Server or on
an Intermediate Device
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=290051
