Check you Application Event Logs and tell me what Event ID are you getting and with what application
when your end users are getting ASP 0115.

System: IIS 4 on NT 4.0/6a running ex 5.5/sp4 for OW
People have been using OWA emails without any problems for the past 3 years, but for the past week or
so people get error 'ASP 0115' . If I reboot the server it works, but after the person gets the email
(via owa) the error comes back. I don't know if there is any connection but, the last thing I did 3
weeks ago, was to put Norton Exchange version 2.18 (build 82). Any help would be appreciated. If there
are any work arounds, can you please point to kb, where the steps are listed
