Hi All

I have IIS running on my Exchange 2000 server.

When someone tries to change their password via the Outlook Web Access. IIS
Returns this error: Error number: -2147023569

Any ideas on this? Thank you, Jack

Hi, thanks. But that articles only says how to set it all up. I've already
done that. It used to work, but now I get that error message.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Jack

I recommend calling into support to troubleshoot the issue.

We should determine if the first character in the username is being
truncated.

Check the policies for minimum password age limits in Windows which would
contribute to the behavior (you can test by setting password limits to none
rather than undefined)
