im trying to set up a web site in IIS, once i have it all set up i can view the web site from my ip addy on the server, but its not visable to anybody else on the internet, ideas?

Are you saying that you can view the page from within the
server it is hosted on, but not elsewhere? Do you
receive an error from other client sites or does the page
simply not display? Has the domain name propagated
throughout the Internet?

yes i could see the site from with in the server it is hosted on, but not else where, i have since solved the problem and found that it was because the firewall was not set to allow the web server, duh! thanks anyway

Hi, Did you set correctly the site page with ipaddr port and host? Did you
use an internal addr?
