Can somebody help me? I downloaded "Incredimail" and it
replaced my regular Peoplepc emails. So now
I "Uninstalled" Incredimail and now I can't send or
receive emails on Incredimail or Peoplepc.com. What do I
do? If I sound like I'm a computer dummy, it is because I
am.

Please contact your ISP (I assume that's PeoplePC.com) to have them tell you
how to configure your email client. Your problem doesn't have anything to do
with IIS (which is webserver software by the way).
