After a disaster recovery, the final problem that still lingers is that IIS5
doesn't process any ASP code in our intranet. The page source shows the
page element as coded, ie <asp:textbox runat=server.......> etc.

Prior to our AD issues, these pages were working correctly. In order to
restore Exchange, the IIS component was removed, then later reinstalled.

Any suggestions or pointers to the appropriate KB's would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks!

-Brian

I guess I just answered my own question. The IIS mappings for ASP.NET
needed to be repaired by registering Aspnet_isapi.dll.

Hello,

You need to repair the IIS mappings. KB Article 306005 explains this:

"How To Repair IIS Mapping After You Remove and Reinstall IIS"
