Hi folks,
we are consolidating and migrating to Win2003

and i tried to add numerous users to the new servers.

i used the new
dsadd -user command like this.

dsadd user CN=user00001 -display Web-User -pwd hispassword -desc
WWW-User-blabla -canchpwd no -acctexpires never..

I have Win2003 Web Edition, (No Domain, only local users)

ran into Questions with "Distinguished Name"..
and got errors: "The specified Domain does not exist or could not be
contacted.".

does dsadd Tool only work for "AD Domains"?
can i use this tool to add my local users ??

does anyone know the Notation to add users in "bulk" mode, using a batch
file or script?

any help would be great.!
