Windows could not start IIS Admin on local computer

Hi!

I upgraded my motherboard and Windows XP Pro required that I repair
the operating system which I did. I never had any problem with IIS
Admin until I performed this repair. Here are the contents of my
setuperr.log.

| can I reapply a patch from the internet?
