Hi,
I am running Win XP and IIS 5,0. I am using IIS to
transfer a large number of files from location to location.
Files range from 4 kb to 1.7gb in size.
As there is numerous files, I am using a download manager
to help facilitate the queueing of the said files.
However, IIS will allow me to download some files, usually
several hundred - then suddenly broadcast a 403.
However if I download a single large file it is fine
(unless the download is paused or interupted then the
service requires starting and stopping, or allowed a good
hour to sort itself out)
I checked the Knowledge base for IIS5.0 and GET issues and
it states it is something to to with the sync between the
ACL and IIS.
Is there a way to permanantly fix this issue ?
It is becoming increasingly frustrating trying to resolve
this issue, and FTP does not offer the speeds of IIS.
