Urgent -sbs2003 server all iis related services won't start

Hello, we had a power outage last night long enough to take the server down.
tons of MSExchangeMU 1009 errors in event log. IISRESET /STATUS shows the
following services stopped and I get "error 02: the system cannot find the
file specified." Internet and file sharing is working. Company Intranet and
Exchange are not functioning.
W3SVC
SMTPSVC
RESvc
POP3Svc
NNTP
IMAP4Svc
HTTPFilter
Have tried chkdsk c: /f to no avail. think it has to do with a corrupt
metabase.bin file - if so how do I fix it?

Don't panic. Just restore the system from the last backup you made.
