Under Construction

We have IIS Server ver 5 is installed and has a default web site. This site can be accessed always but sometimes some clients get the message "under Construction" intermittently. Can you please let me why this is happening and how it can be corrected.

On the documents tab do you have the correct default document set? Also
take that page out of the list of default documents.

Thank you for the response. We have the correct default document set. (it always works only one or two clients experience the problem of "under construction" intermittently ). The default document is "login.cfm" We have an application server which is a cold fusion server and our site is secured site "https". Pls clarify whether we have to " take that page out of the list of default doucments" or "take other pages out of the list of default documents".

Do you have more than one machine serving the content?
When the two particular clients are having a problem others can access the
site with no problem?
What do the users do to get to the page? Is there anything that has to be
done on the server?

You should have to remove the other documents listed under the default
documents tab but you want to ensure your default page is at the top.
