Trying to download type .eml from IIS

When clicking on a click from IIS that is of type .EML (mail message) on
some Windows XP Pro machines it comes down fine and displays. On others I
get "The page cannot be displayed" and the url has been changed to have
mhtml: in front of it. How can I get change these machines so that they can
also display the message?
