Hi All,

I have a problem with synchronised folders.

Basically I've mapped a drive to a folder on a remote server. I've then
marked this as synchronised with the laptop I'm working on.

As soon as I disconnect from the server, however, IIS not long appears to
see the files and I get an error "operation not supported..." although I can
happily work with them in everything else.

Can you please advise as obviously I'd like to be able to show the sites to
clients from the laptop when not connected to my own network!

Cheers,

Adam M.

Hmm, that's a clever use of the Client-Side Cache feature. I'm not
certain if IIS works with it -- it was talked about as a planned
feature after IIS6.

Are you using UNC names, not drive-letters, in the IIS virtual
directory path?

Drive letters. Can't see why it isn't working!
