Solid E Engine?

I just finished doing a search on MS and Google for a little information
about the solid-e-engine port 1964 and could not find a thing... Does anyone
have any idea what this port is for? I did manage to find a ton of pages
that will tell you all the ports but not one area had any information on
this specific Port.
