Hoping someone can shed some light. My IIS server is
having an attack of shyness whereby http:// https:// and
ftp:// traffic DOWN is painful (5 - 6 kb/s) while ftp://
uploads are about 1.5 mbit.

Anyone suggest where to go with troubleshooting this.
Have rebooted, restarted firewall, checked switches,
checked processes and memory usage. All appear normal.

Is it sitting on a DSL connection?

Sorry... posted incorrectly... It is on a 2 way 2Mbit
Fibre connection. Download and upload should be 2Mbit

Disk space is ample.

Try internally, and not from the internet (a machine on the same subnet as the web server would be great). Also, ensure your ISP is
not throttling your bandwidth, as I just personally found this out.

Thank you. I hope this information is helpful.
