Site URL in IIS7

hi all, I have a website/webservice I'm trying to run this summer for a
vb.net application I'm making, and I have the site at
http://localhost:*portnumberhere*, but I wanted it to be like, for example
www.amrykid.net. is there anyway I can do this?
