Yeah, it's possible. You will need a static IP from your
ISP or use some kind of dynamic DNS setup like this:

Also, your ISp may not be so happy if you end up having a
lot of traffic coming to your site :)
Keep IIS and your OS patched and locked down as tight as
possible. That's the best you can do. Article below has
