I would also recommend checking the \winnt\ directory for a MEMORY.DMP file.
A reboot caused by the OS should generate the dump (assuming that this has
not been disabled). If the reboot is caused by something else (BIOS, Power,
etc.), then the OS will not be given a chance to create the dump.
