I am running Windows 2003 with Exchange 2003 running and Sharepoint Services, everytime we access outlook web access or sharepoint site the server reboots with very little info as to why. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello,

"Very little information" is what information? Even if it seems to be
"little information", it might help to know what it is.

Have you checked the Event Log?
Are you sure the machine is restarting?

Check the OWA or Sharepoint/IIS logs to see what the last request was
for, then check that file and/or process.

The default is \\windows\system32\logfiles\ but you can check the web
site properties and see which logf matches which site.

I would also recommend checking the \winnt\ directory for a MEMORY.DMP file.
A reboot caused by the OS should generate the dump (assuming that this has
not been disabled). If the reboot is caused by something else (BIOS, Power,
etc.), then the OS will not be given a chance to create the dump.
