Server Error : Cannot Create Folder "Images"

I am trying to create a new project using Visual Interdev 6 with IIS 5.0.
After the last prompt in Interdev I get the following error message
Server Error : Cannot Create Folder "Images"
Intially, I thought that it is a permissions issue so I issued everyone full
access to Inetpub folder and all its child object but I still get the same
error.

Any suggestions??

Run a "Check server extensions" from the IIS MMC.
