Hi,

I had SSL Certificate Installed on IIS 5 (Exchange 2000 installed ) and upon
expiry of the certificate, we had to remove the certificate to add a new one,
which is locally generated. We had several Issues and ended up deleting the
certificates manually from the stores and removing the Certificate services.

The problem that I now have is when I click on the server certificate to
generate a CSR, the whole Internet service manager crashes. I even
re-installed IIS. Any clue.

Are you saying that the Internet Information Services MMC Snapin
crashes -or- are you saying that IIS itself crashes?

Cheers
Ken
