URL Segment Limit

I have an ISAPI Filter in my IIS 5.0 and i'm getting a error when a i use long url segment (more than 255 caracters), I sow Microsoft IIS 6.0 articles and the solution is change a registry value URLSegmentMax, but there ins't a value for IIS 5.0. What can I do? Somebody can help me?

Do you have URLScan installed on your iis5 box?
