How do I setup the path in IIS for an Access Database.

Usually you do not need to do anything in IIS.

Please explain in more detail what you are trying to do, and then maybe we
can help more.

If you are using a DSN, you will need to set it in ODBC as a system DSN. Try here:
microsoft.public.inetserver.asp.db
