I have a server set up with microsoft exchange installed and running
microsoft outlook web access. i can access the exchange website and
log into my account...however when i send mail to a recipient
everything goes find but the mail is never received by the recipient.

any ideas?

Sounds like an Exchange issue, not an IIS issue...

Check SMTP server logs. Might also want to crank up Exchange event auditing
to a higher level and see if any errors are being generated that might help
you nail down the problem.

If evrything "went fine" that would presume the recipient gets the
mail... :)

Try an Exchange group, where you'll want to post some details, such as
whether this is internal or external, SMTP logs, message tracking in
Exchange information, etc.
