not sure what forum this goes under but i'll give this a try.
If create an intranet web page with a standard link to
file://somewordtemplate.dot
the template itself comes up previewed in the Browser.
what I want is for a new document to open based on this Word template.
this is what happens i find somewordtemplate.dot on the fileshare through
Explorer and double-click on it.
Is this possible? thanks.
