Ok, here is my problem (one of many I am told). I currently have an NNTP
server running in my environment and working well. So naturally if
something is working I should try and move it to another server. Here in
lies the dilemma. I am running Windows 2000 Server Service pack 4 and all
current hot fixes. The server I am moving to is a Windows 2000 Server with
Service Pack 4 and all the current hot fixes. Basically the same hardware
and OS setup.
I have copied the newsgroups from the old server. Set up the new NNTP to
completely match the old server. I am able to see the newsgroups on the new
server. However I can not see any of the messages. When I tried to post a
new to a group, it shows that there is a new message that I need to download
but doesn't ever download it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
