Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

Hi all,

I'm getting the message below when attempting to reach my extranet site.
I'm calling an asp page that has an ODBC connection to a local Microsoft
Access Database file. Can't find anything useful on TechNet. Any ideas?

cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by
another user, or you need permission to view its data.
