Hi,

I have the following question:

If someone changes the hostheaders within IIS is there a way to see
this in any log or event or something else perhaps? I want to monitor
this with MOM 2005 but I need something to point to my rule.

Thanks in advanced.

Hi,

If you are running Windows Server 2003 SP1, then you can enable Metabase
Auditing to have changes logged to the Windows Event Log. See:
http://www.adopenstatic.com/faq/iisMetabaseAuditing.aspx
for instructions.

If you have access to the Tech.Ed presentations from last year, I covered
how to have MOM 2005 pick up these events in my presentation.

Cheers
Ken
