Looking for some insight on the best way to go about doing this for a
small ISP. This may not be the best forum for this, but I figure it's
a start.

Here is what we're currently considering:

CoyotePoint Load Balancing Appliance
3 Windows 2000 Servers
Content Replication Software

Right now we're looking at throwing our money at a hardware based load
balancer instead of licenses for server 2003.

In this setup, can anyone recommend a great product for synchronizing
the website data for approximately 150 websites between the 3 clustered
servers? The one I've looked at so far has been PeerSync from Peer
Software.

Got a good way for autocreation of IIS sites for every server through
the cluster? I'm assuming the only config change would be the IP
address.

Users: Should I use domain accounts or local users for my customer
accounts? Should I set these servers up as additional domain
controllers? If adding permissions via FrontPage admin, will I need to
update permissions on each server individually?

Logging: I'm assuming it's not a good idea to have all servers log to
a central location? Will I be setting up our Urchin install to point
to multiple data sources?

Are there any headaches or hiccups I'm going to be running into when
trying to get this setup? Do you have any recommendations at all for
me before I start buying stuff :)

Sorry for all of the questions, just trying to cover my bases.

Any responses are greatly appreciated.
