Ok, This is the case

I have a web site which is sitting in its own app pool running under
the network service.
Under it, I have a virtual directory sitting in a totally different
pool running under a dedicated AD user.

The web site in itself works fine with no issues, but the virtual
directory does let you view ANYTHING... not even an htm page forget
about asp or aspx.

Troubleshooting:
1. No events, No logs, just an annoying "Internet Explorer cannot
display the webpage" (and yes this is the full error)
2. When changing the app pools identity to network service, the
virtual directory works fine... but obviously i need the identity:)
3. I have other servers that work just fine with this setting

If anyone has a clue let me know

1. Is the AD user part of the IIS_WPG group?
2. IIS Failure due to Worker Proces
