Are you using the exact disk that was used to install windows on your laptop? The reason I ask, is that some OEMs will install the image on the laptop, and
send a different image with your laptop. If they are different (one already has sp1, and the other is the base CD), then you will not be able to add core
components.

| I have a Dell laptop with XP Pro and am trying to install the IIS Windows Component. Each time I try to install, it begins copying and then stops - requesting
me to insert my XP disk to find the file "infocomm.dl_". After inserting my disk and directing the "Browse" to the i386 folder on the disk, it continually asks for
retry. If I try to continue with the install (skip) the infocomm.dl_, it gives the same "Can Not Find" error for the next necessary file.
