the only one i remember right now is
http://www.dynip.com/ but i know there
are at least a couple others. but the prefered method is with a static ip
if you can get one from your isp.
and jeff is kind of right. but you don't need a dns server "for the
domain"... all you need is a dns server somewhere to have the information to
associate your domain name with an ip address. as i said that can be done
by the company you bought the domain from, the one i use has a simple method
that i use to go in and just enter the ip address for my domain name and
they enter the proper information into the dns so it gets around the world,
or your isp should also be able to do that for you.
