HTTP 400 - Bad Request

Hello,
I get HTTP 400 message when I access SMS Reporting Web Site from a Windows
2003 Server through Terminal Client. This only happens with certain accounts.
With some accounts it works fine with out any problem. The report works for
the failed accounts from from a windows 2000 Server through Terminal Client.
No errors logged on the web server or the Terminal Server.

Any ideas?
