HTTP 403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden by John

I appreciate all of the quick responses this message got.
Obviously, nobody has any problems with automatic updates
randomly changing directory permissions along with the
required system reboot that you MS lovers have come to
count on.

Should ease of use equate to down time? My unix servers
typically run 2 years without a reboot (including regular
security updates - about 8 per year).

You're in the wrong group, you should post things like this to /dev/null.
This is an IIS group, not slashdot.
