IIS 6.0 & .Net 1.1 Framework

do i need 2 add the .Net 1.1 Or 2.0 to the Web Server Extension and if so how?

Installing the .NET framework will add the web server extensions to IIS.
Just make sure you install IIS before installing the .NET framework.

Hello,

If you want to use ASP.NET 1.1, then you need to have it in the Web Server
Extension list. It will be added to this list if you install ASP.NET 1.1
(but not necessary enabled so you may need to manually enable it).

If you want to use ASP.NET 2.0, then you need to have it in the Web Server
Extension list. It will (most likely) be added to this list if you install
ASP.NET 2.0 (but not necessary enabled so you may need to manually enable
it).

If you do not want to use ASP.NET at all, then you do not need it in the
Web Server Extension list.
