Hello,

I dont know what ddl is, and why it is not working. But you can convert from
FAT32 to NTFS by using the convert command.

Write "convert /?" in a cmd prompt for more information (without the
quotes).

I found an article in http://aumha.org/win5/a/ntgscvt.php that says that
"...is important to realign the partition before conversion, by moving all
the data area up to a 4K boundary." and suggest to use BootIT NG.

Is necessary to do this?

Well, i suppose there was a reason why he wrote it, so...

I suggest that you ask in a newsgroup for Windows XP, because this has
nothing to do with IIS, and this is not my area of expertise.

I think that there is a newsgroup for the file system as well:

microsoft.public.windows.file_system
