Fatal Error in IIS Starting it up.

Anyone ever gotten this when trying to restart a website in IIS on XP --

Unexpected error Ox8ffe2740 occured

any help would be appreciated.

According to my research, this symptom can occur if you have two websites
on the server with one IP without host header. Please add a host header or
disable the other website.

Are you getting any errors in your system event log?

More likely there are is something else (some other process) listening on
port 80. IIS on Windows XP only supports one active site...
