Don't think that is the problem here. I would venture to guess that his
Information Store is not started, which in turn means that the M drive isn't
there, and the Virtual folders can't be started as they point to the M
drive.
MrChris, what errors do you have in your event logs? Which Exchange
services are/are not started? The more information you give us here, the
better.
