OK
I think it's a proxy error. I go to Internet Options --> Connections --->
LAN Settings and for some reason there's a proxy loaded, but I unclick all
the boxes so it will automatically detect a proxy, but after I click OK, it
rechanges itself back and reloads the proxy...
