The question would probably be better answered in our FrontPage Newsgroup
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx --> Office | FrontPage

State what is actually happening when you attempt to submit the form?
Ensure you are submitting the form from a server-based web and not a
disk-based web (http:// vs c:\).
Ensure you have gone into the Web Services Extensions and 'Allowed' the
extensions
When browsing to the form is there anything on the page like [FrontPage
Save Results Component]?
Try configuring the form to send just to the text file and not to both the
file and email. Does this work?

Thank you for choosing Microsoft
